BHO may or may not be fully aware (yet) of who he is and/or what he’s in danger of becoming, or how and why, on a purely clinical level, he may be headed there fast already, but it’s hard to read a statement like this and look at the number and frequency of signs-in-the heavens events and not conclude that he is at least aligned with the many other frightened, angry secularists sensing something serious: the onrushing judgment of a God whose most basic precepts they deny (and then lie about) and thus whose justice (we are told) many like them will rail against, to the extreme bitter end and their eternal doom.
WASHINGTON, July 22 (Reuters) – President Barack Obama said on Wednesday that the “stars are aligned” to pass healthcare reform legislation and Congress should take advantage of that opportunity.

Planned Parenthood’s Guttmacher Institute estimates government funding of abortion increases abortion by 20 to 35 percent… If the heath-care package currently being pushed by Obama is passed, the result will be 240,000 to 420,000 more abortions in the first year alone.
A long-overdue H/T to ‘Paragraph Farmer’ Patrick O’Hannigan on that last one.
Btw, anyone know where I can enter a run-on sentence competition?
The reason I’m hopeful is this verse in Isaiah:
Isa 18:7 In that time shall the present be brought unto the LORD of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, and from a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose land the rivers have spoiled, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, the mount Zion.

I believe we ought to pray for our President even if we are very opposed to the things he has done or is doing. Perhaps he needs our prayers. It might help him and his family and our country.
[Indeed. My take is that after a certain point he may cross a 'point-of-no-return' (kind of an event horizon) where prayers would no longer be efficacious, or warranted. I'm not sure we've crossed that threshold yet. In the meantime, I'll do it and let God sort it out. -ed.]

BO has made that same statement before; it would be unwise to assume that he spoke nonchalantly:

UG- where’s the source for the PP quote? Don’t see it at Paragraph Farmer’s site. TX.
[PF e-mailed it to me. The link is the second bold one above (and here).
Run-on sentences and now sloppy linking... it's been a long week already!

But, ac will be from the tribe of Dan.
I wonder: a few days ago I spent some time reading articles on the modern Jews as part of researching the British-Israelite tradition. A key phrase in that search was “modern Jewry is Edom.” The Khazar (think Kazakhstan) or Askenazi Jews are from a pagan tribe that converted entirely to Judaism; the Ashkenazi Jews are descended from Ashkenaz the son of Canaan, a cursed lineage: remember how Jacob and Rebekah were grieved when Esau married the Hittite? These are cursed lines. One of the articles mentioned in passing that the Ashkenazi at some point united with the Esau/Edom line; This genealogy is the force behind Zionism and what controls modern Israel: fulfilling Esau’s desire to restore his birthright and his boast to rebuild the barren places.
In a sense, the replacement of the House of Judah with the Edomite Jewry is a precursor to the pattern of the AC. Hence, the AC may arise out of the False Jewry: the second element of the original birthright

BHO is a great pre-cursor to the ac, but I don’t think he is the ac. The Bible says that there will be many false christs, and BHO is certainly one of them.
But, ac will be from the tribe of Dan.
Scroll to the middle of the page, from raptureready.com regarding the ac being Jewish.

OK… seriously.
1) BHO is a liar. Never thought I’d say this BUT he’s a better liar than Bill Clinton.
2) Here’s the Anchoress’ link I mentioned earlier.
http://www.firstthings.com/blogs/theanchoress/2009/07/21/obamacare-kennedy-lives-grandma-dies/
A key quote…
“Read the whole thing, but if your parents are getting older, if you’re 55 or so yourself, or if you love your Granny and want her to be around for a long time, even if her health is just so-so, well read this:
…be very troubled by Section 1233 of H.R. 3200. The section, titled “Advanced Care Planning Consultation” requires senior citizens to meet at least every 5 years with a doctor or nurse practitioner to discuss dying with dignity.”
BHO would have us ONE step away from the ovens of NAZI Germany with this bill. The slaughter of the innocents would just be the beginning.
3) As for the stars aligning comment… its a figure of speech. Lest we forget Nancy Reagan and her astrology thing as well. Don’t need to jump the shark on that comment. There’s plenty to be apoplectic over.
4) DeMint is right… this could very well be BHO’s Waterloo. The question is how does our lit’l beasty react. Either way, we know who wins and nothing we do or don’t do will change that. Assuming BHO stays the course and at some point when he talks to his Creator I suspect the dialogue will be something like;
GOD- Barry, I can call you Barry right? Barry, you remember that time when you said “I won”?
Barry- Yeah
GOD- You actually LOST.

RE- Planned Parenthood… please go see a response of mine to Lisa regarding the Fascistic nature of all this.
RE the run on competition, I once knew where there was one but I have forgotten however it may come to me at any point down the road while I post on other subjects far more important with an attempt to keep things light and airy like the lyrical writings and musings of others on a blog on the Internet for public consumption with the betterment of others as the sole goal; which should not be confused with fishing for sole as opposed to fishing for souls.

Obama’s statement is wrong on so many levels. And scary. But isn’t it amazing how evil exposes itself? “Those who have ears to hear….”

BHO’s “star aligning” comment is arrogant, presumptious, and obliquely-but-deeply sacrilegious.

This is a slaughter of innocents: nearly 2 million a year. This is a sacrificial offering. From what I have been reading of Satanic behavior from Pam Shuffert’s site and others, this is a blood offering to give Satan power on earth.
As for run-on sentences: one was an automatic F from my High School English teachers oh so many, many years ago.

San Francisco State has a Bulwer Lytton bad writing contest. He was a very popular Victorian author, who first used the sentence, “It was a dark and stormy night,” so beloved of Snoopy and of his fans.Their entries are truly hilarious. As for run-ons, if I really cut loose, I could always beat you! Word processing, though, has taken some of the wind out of those sails. It’s to easy just to go through breaking up the big clumps, good to do in gardening, baking, and writing.
